I think everyone who uses PayPal will appreciate this. I stumbled upon it recently while searching for an ebay fee calculator. It tells you how much to charge in advance so that after paypal fees are deducted you actually end up with the amount you want (in other words, it has your buyer pay your PayPal fees for you).

Here's an example, let's say you actually wanted to receive $50 in your PayPal account, according to this website you should charge your buyer exactly $51.80. If we double check that amount ($51.80 - (2.9% x $51.80 + 0.30) = $50), it actually works! Supports all the different PayPal fee rates too, even works internationally.

Pretty nifty, eh?
