I am wondering if it would be good to only take Lipo-6 before a meal very high in calories.

From what I gather Lipo-6 is a stimulant, which will give you more energy during the day and it increases your metabolism. I don't eat so many calories during the day that I need my metabolism increased any more in my opinion, and the energy boost could be good but it's not that important.

So would I gain any benefit from taking just Lipo-6 before a meal high in calories in order to increase my metabolism for that meal, so more of the calories are burned off? For those times that I know I will be eating some fatty food (relative's house, restaurant)
