if you are suppose to take GLUTAMINE and CREATINE separate b/c they will compete for receptors. *gluatmine is suppose to be pre and creatine post*. then why do N.O. products contain the two together
(you can find the article in bb.com. its stated in the glutamine section along with the creatine section)
