I bought this SH!t thinking it would be pretty good but i was wrong.Whatever u guys do do not buy GNC products.Their whey and weightgainer are terrible i was sh!ting my ass off all day.Unless u want to sh!t all day don't buy this.I wish i would of listen to u guys never will dout u guys again well i learned my lesson. They also taste teribble.
