Hi all,

I just read in the store about Kre-Alkalyn a form of Creatine that suposedly is better than all the other forms of creatine currently on the market, since it's more well absorved in the muscle and doesn't have side effects...

However, there is no clinicly proved fact that it works better, so I would like to know what you guys think here about Kre-Alkalyn ?

Did anyone ever tried it ? And if so, had better results than with "normal" creatine ?

How does it rate agains CEE and monohidrate versions of Creatine ? I heard CEE was toxic(?) and monohidrate had side effects...

What are your thoughts about it ?
