I recently noticed that bb.com named it muscle builder of the year. I was just wondering if someone could make the case for this. I have not taken it so i cant speak for it, but from what I understand no2 plus a little bit of creatine doesnt make something a great muscle builder (at least not the best muscle builder.) Someone please explain to me?
