Hi guys,

I've started doing Muay Thai 3x a week beside 2x a week weight training. I've noticed that I've started feeling very tired and worn out. My fitness during Muay Thai training has increased, but at the end of the training I feel absolutely worn out.
I sleep badly on Muay Thai days.
I've also noticed that I do not seem to be losing the extra fat I carry around with me.
I'm around 1.79m tall and sway between 83-84 kg.
My digital weighing scale & fat monitor tells me that I have around 18-20% body fat, which doesn't seem to far off the mark although way off my goal.

If I were to take Thermogenic supps then I run the risk of sleeping worse becuase my training starts at 20:00 and ends usually at around 22:00.

If I take a stimulant free fat loss supp then I won't improve my energy during training.

What do you recommend?

Personally I would switch your preworkout thermogenic to SAN Vault.

Id say you may be overtraining.
