I've been wondering...

If you have a solid diet, you're training right and hard, will you get the same results if you stick to the basic (whey proteins, micronized creatine and vitamins) as those designer creatines?

I never tried micronized creatine. I always bought designer creatines to be sure I get the best (xpand, green bulge, animal pump...). I'm on animal pump right now and I love it. It's great! But will a caffein pill preworkout with a solid postworkout shake(whey, carbs, 5g micronized creatine) will lead so the same gain of muscles and strength? I'm not talking about the pump effect.
