Hey, I tried searching for this but no luck. I know for most people that NO-Xplode gives really good temporary results and strength but I'm wondering if I used it for a month and worked out does it actually really help pack on muscle? I been lifting wieghts on and off for a few years, I'm just lookin for that extra kick and some help to put on some muscle. I also have half a jar of creatine my brother gave to me, is it okay to take with the No xplode?

i've went through 3 or 4 tubs(its been about a year since the last one...

i dont think there is ANY supplement out there that will give you perm...
