SciVation Xtend (Watermelon) Review

TASTE: 10/10
Wow, this stuff tastes great. I'd drink it even if it wasn't loaded with
BCAAs. The taste is a little too strong for the 2 scoops per 16 oz of
water it calls for though. I mix 2 scoops in about 30 oz.

MIXABILITY: 9/10
Mixes pretty decent in a water bottle. I can notice little floaties but
it all dissolves in about 10 minutes. No foaming or chunks which is
great. I just mix it 10 minutes before the gym and stick it in the
fridge. By the time I'm ready to go, it's good to go.

EFFECTIVENESS: 8/10
Not something you can tell right off the bat, but I have notice I'm much
less sore than usual. It's good to get something amino acids in before
my morning cardio sessions and during weight training sessions. Leg days
just don't hurt as much anymore. As far as it's energy increasing and
cell volumization claims, I haven't seen any difference there.

COST: 7/10
I'm over 180lbs so the label says I should put back 6 scoops each
training session. This would last me about 30 workouts by this logic,
which is pretty pricey for 51 bucks in my opinion. I personally use
20 scoops a week, so this lasts me nine weeks. Not too bad, but not that
great either. It's pretty much on par with other free form amino acid
drinks.

OVERALL: 8.5/10
Solid product. Even more solid when cutting or between creatine/NO2
cycles. I'd like to see some Beta Alanine in there though, maybe they'll add some
