Hello all,

I haven't been dead on with my supplement schedule due to my school schedule so I'm sure the gains would be alot more then whats shown here...

Currently....
height 6'
weight 223 lbs....
waist 34"
Arms 18"

Beginning bench press

before
Flat bench ~ 225 for 5 reps max

NOW
FLAT BENCH ~ 315 FOR 18 reps max ( 405 for 5 reps )

military press ( barbell ) ~ 135 lbs for 15 reps max

NOW
MIL PRESS ( BARBELL ) ~ 225 for 16 reps max

My squat, deadlift, and pulling power ( curls and such ) have increased tremendously over the past 4 months, but it would be a long thread. I had a hard time doing 10 pull-ups when I started my program, and now I can do 3 sets of pull ups for 25 reps.

I eat 3 meals a day with a 2 scoop Nitro-Tech shake in between meals. I also take a Muscle Milk shake, with the GNC Mega mens multi vitamin as soon as I wake in the morning, and a Muscle milk shake before I go to bed at night.
