I have just gottin into weightlifting after discovering that in the last 6 years riding a desk I have become a fat lazy sob. I went to my local vitiman shop and was advised to try Animal Pak Unversal Sterol and the fireball thermogenic. Seeing how I know absoulutly nada about this stuff I need help.
Any advice is welcome. I dont want to be the next Mr Universe but I want to atleast be abile to hit the beach and not be mistaken for a beached whale.
So any advice on diets or other supplements will be greatly apreciated.
I look forward to any help you can give me
