Not many people talk about the side effects so I thought I'd give you the two I experienced that actually made me check into the ER (during a shift since I work there).

Turns out fishoil can contribute to extreme cases of both diarrhea and nausea. If you are experiencing either of these while on it I suggest quitting as the long term side effects will do more damage than the fishoil will benefit you.

Try the enteric coated fish oil you can pick up at wal-mart.
