I am posting my diet, workout and current supplements. My diet and workout were designed by Chuck Rudolf and almost all of my supplements are by Scivation. I plan to drop some serious amounts of fat and gain as much lean muscle as I can Current stat 5' 10" 224lb 24% b Here is my Diet. Trust me, I love me some seafood! it must be an east coast thing! Man, I tell ya, this Bill Star 5 X 5 routine is an azz kicker wow. All I can say is that todays workout totally kicked my azz.
