Hi all,

I purchased Profit Prophet in November 2004 and somehow I cannot use it now. Its been like this for a few weeks and the Wise Research company's contact form doesn't get my any replies.

I was emailing them asking them why my registration code don't work anymore but I did not get any replies at all. Furthermore I asked them if they were coming out with a new update to Profit Prophet for the new eBay fees and also got NO REPLY.

What would you do if you were me?

MY last resort would be to call them to leave a voicemail or maybe that is a fax number:

The software is cheap at USD $19 so I just might forget it and try to find a similar software that can calculate eBay fees for me.

I find it very frustrating but maybe that's the price you pay for a $19 software? I thought these guys were trustworthy because they sell this Deep Analysis 2.0 software too.
