I'm 38yrs. old
Past linebacker @ the D1aa level.
I've lived in the gym for most of my life...(my 2nd. home)
As I have moved ever closer to 40 yrs. old, I have noticed that my belly fat has also increased...damn!
I need something that will zapp this stuff, since I'm also combating my own genetics.
My cardio is strong....45 minutes every morning, but the belly fat is very stubborn.
What's out there...short of Lipo-suction...that I can use in my battle of the bulge?
