Posted at September 27, 2013, 8:40 pm: Why do I feel like I'm gonna get negged for this... So, I ordered Humagro from BB.com and I got an e-mail encouraging a product review. Some backround: age-26 height- 5' 7" weight- 217lbs BF% roughly 18-19 (we have crappy digital thingies @ my gym) I don't really do max lifts, so I have no numbers there. chest- 46" arms- 16.5" quads-24" calves-17.5" waist-42" I would have to describe my bodytype as "human packmule" I naturally have a broad back, big legs, and a big gut. My diet is only OK- I generally eat clean but have 5-6 cheat meals a week (I have a girlfriend, we like restaraunts *shrugs*) roughly 2700-3000 cal a day, 150-200g protein. Lastly, I AM NOT any kind of a rep. Actual Review Portion: It would seem that people generally don't like homeopathic products. If you are looking for huge gains this stuff is not for you but, that doesn't mean it's a bad product. I'm three weeks in at the moment (I will post again when I'm done with the bottle) and I have seen some moderate improvements. My inner triceps and forearms look bigger in the mirror and I have better definition in my limbs, I'm still too fat to have much trunk definition. My calves are more defined and vascular despite only directly working them once a week for three sets. My body weight has dropped slightly (from 221lbs) despite my cutting out some cardio. In terms of non-bbing results I have three things to say. There has been some mild irritation on my gums, no bleeding or anything just some swelling. I have not experienced the psychological/sleep improving effects of GH- I did feel better and had better sleep while taking MHP Secretagouge One but not with Humagro. The third thing- my girlfriend swears my umm... "junk" got bigger. I haven't told her what supps I was on so... can't be a "placebo" effect can it? Bottom line, this supp has some positive effects but if you want big gains go to the steroid forum. Humagro is pretty inexpensive ($24) and would probably work well in combination with another gainer supp. I will check in again when I finish the bottle.
