My brother sold stuff on EBay for the last few years and never ever had a problem with them till some time in the middle of June 2004. He tried changing his email address. When you change an email address they send you a confirmation email where you have to click on a link to confirm your new email address. He tried that link but it didn't work. Then next day his account was suspended. He went through the whole process and reopened his account. A few days later I tried listing an item on EBay and see that my account was suspended. I tried reopening it but they just wouldn't let me do it. I spoke to my brother about this and told that his account was also suspended and that he was able to reopen his account.

Since this happened they already closed my brother’s account for no good reason (they claim that there was a breach in section 9 of the user agreement). They also closed my 2 brothers, fathers and mothers account.

I am emailing them since but never get an answer. I had about 25 feedback my brother had something like 90 feedback. We have these accounts for a few years already and really want to have these accounts reopened. We can't even open new accounts because they state in the email that we are restricted from ever using EBay. JUST Outrageous.

If anybody can help I would really appreciate it.
