if these are already answered sorry for the repost. if you can link me i would appreciate it.

is taking more protein than needed bad? it is suggested that you take 1gram of protein per pound of body. what if you take a little bit more?

also, ive gotten so many different answers for this question so i would like someone to clear it up for me.

is it true that once creatine is in your body you only have to take it once a day or should i take it twice a day now that im pass the loading

eat heavy! protein =)

Too much protein can give your kidneys a hard time though, yet drinkin...

just keep dirnking enough water.
