Hey Guys, I've been reading around on the forums on to what degree one would experence mass/strength loss from creatine when stopping use. Some people say some, but you still will have more than if you didnt use it, some say you wont at all, besides water. And some people say theres no reason to stop using it, just take it forever. Well my goals are to eventually get a muscular phyisque with a low body fat %, but I do not want to stay in the "bodybuilding" mode forever, with constant bulks and cuts. Once I get to where i want i just want to lift and eat to maintain. So I am not really planning on taking creatine for and extended period of time. I was just wondering what the "loss" is i could expect from creatine, or given my goals, should i just avoid creatine and take a longer time to add muscle and lean out using just good food? Any input is appreciated, Thank you.
