I am researching new suppliments to add to my next cycle/pct such as Cysteine Peptide(cysteine is converted into glutathione in the liver) and Wasabi. These would be in addition to the "staple" support supps such as NAC, ALA, and Milk Thistle. Anyway, I thought it would be good to know exactly what is happening in my liver that it needs help with...

1. What is it about methylation that is causing damage to the liver?

2. Would choosing a suppliment that increases glutathione levels aid in preventing or repairing damage?


Could somebody shed some light on this for me?
