I am starting my first ph cycle and plan to take Halodrol (I have not started yet as I am still in the planning period and want to have everything in hand before I start). Just for some background. I'm 25, 214#s at around 13% bf. I've been lifting off and on since around 2000, but I've started to get more serious about everything now.

I am planning on running the following:
Halodrol for 3 weeks - one a day (as directed)
Are there any supps that someone could recommend using w/ the Halodrol that works along a different pathway?

For pct I was going to use nolva, 6-oxo, and a trib supp (Tribex). After doing some searching on-line I realized that I had no idea which sites were scams or not (for the nolva). I found one but don't want to throw my money away. Could someone pm me a reliable site for nolva/clomid?

I was thinking (from what I could gather).
week 3-4: Nolva 40mg, 6-oxo 600mg, trib 300mg, creatine
week 5-6: Nolva 20mg, 6-oxo 300mg, trib 600mg, creatine

I only want a mild cycle that is why I'm only running the halo for 3 weeks. If I don't experience any gyno will the nolva be neccesary (I still plan to have it on hand in any case) or can I possibly use the 6-oxo, creatine and the trib.

I plan to raise my calories to around 3000-3500/day eating as clean as possible w/ around 300g of protein (5-6 meals).

As far as training, what should I expect/change.
This is my current split: AM=Lunch(11:30), PM=after work(4:30)
Mon: Chest AM, cardio PM
Tues: Legs AM, off
Wed: Arms AM, cardio PM
Thurs: Back AM, cardio PM
Fri: Shoulders + flat bench AM, cardio PM
Sat: off
Sun: cardio (possibly)

I'm planning on reducing cardio to 2-3 days, but should I plan working out more than I currently am (I always try to lift w/ high intensity, supersets and dropsets on smaller muscle groups and the standard compound movements for the larger) like possibly moving to a double split AM and PM lifting during the halo?

I have read to supplement Red yeast rice/coq-10/milk thistle, etc but are these taken during the entire cycle or only during certain parts.

I'm still around a month off from starting the cycle. Until then I'm taking creatine, fish/flax oil, ZMA, and glucosamine/chondriotin/MSM. In the next couple of weeks I'm getting a full physical and blood work (at a family doctor not a specialist) to make sure I'm in good shape.

I'm still very new to these cycles and trying to learn all that I can so any help would be greatly appreciated.
