Ok to start off.... Yeah this is my first post.. I happened to search for why endothil was so popular and oxydrene was so popular and what the ingredients do... I read alot of posts(atleast 20) on these 2 products, but no one really explained what the ingredients are supposed to do or what they really do. Now I am not sure what SE means, but I am guessing again I am guessing that it basicly means its a extract.(If I am wrong don't bash just simply explain what SE means)
First off is endothil-cr...I have taken it before about 10 days worth from a friend as I did not want to spend the butt load of cash on it to have it not work.(Not biased, I am just cheap)

-Grape Seed SE
-Grean Tea SE
-Quercetin
-Rutin

WHY DO WE NEED RIBOFLAVIN?
Riboflavin, a water-soluble vitamin, helps the body release energy from protein, fat, and carbohydrates during metabolism.

Recommended Amount
The official U.S. and Canadian recommendations for daily intake of riboflavin are as follows:

Infants 0–6 months, 0.3 mg
7–12 months, 0.4 mg
Children 1–3 years, 0.5 mg
4–8 years, 0.6 mg
9–13 years, 0.9 mg
Males 14 years and older, 1.3 mg
Females, 14–18 years, 1.0 mg
19 years and older, 1.1 mg
Pregnant women, 1.4 mg
I could not find what happens if you take more then the recommended other then it helps with cataracts and headaches(400mg to 1000mg)
So does endothil-cr meet the standards? Yes, but at 6.80 mg the only benefit other then what a normal 1.3mg dosage is is preventing certain cancers and cataracts... Will it help in body building by taking more? It is unknown.. FSA says you can take as much as 40mg a day, but not enough research has been done to show that it does or does not help with the body at all in any effect.

Like before I am not sure what SE stands for so don't complain if I have it wrong.
Green Tomato SE
As a green tomato has more then one thing in it I found a chart on a non biased website. It is a chart so I will not post it here just hit the link..

Grape Seed SE
Again not sure what all is in grape seed I searched for a edu on this one as I have never taken it and found a nice agricultural college to inform me.

From what IASTATE.edu is saying is that MOST(not all but most) was done on animals and test tube cells.
Some of the test showed it reduced the blood cell damage from having high cholestoral but did not reduce high cholestoral in general..

Can Grape Seed Extract be harmful?
Yes in extreme cases it can cause uncontrollable bleeding and allergic reactions.. Smaller cases are headaches nausea, etc..
Will the small amount help or hurt in anyway?
Hard to tell as I am no scientist or health expert, but if you look at it this way a average person needs 100-300mg a day the 1.8mg you are getting won't help you one bit unless you get the rest another way(IE real food)

Grean Tea SE
Not much found about the green tea extract, but some info
SOMe findings show it helps reduce bad cholestoral, reduces cancer in some.studies are starting to show it regulates glucose(Helps reduce it into becoming bodyfat). http://www.supplementwatch.com--(htt...ea-extract.htm) (Yes this site shows a supplement name and bottle, but look at the references it is not biasing towards or against it just factual)

Quercetin inhibits the production and release of histamine and other allergic/inflammatory substances
I do not really understand the following, but it looks as though it has been found to be a carcinogen in higher amounts(If anyone can explain or go through this in further detail it would be appreciated)

Rutin
I could actually not find something specific for rutin or what it does
All i know is it is a flavonoid and here is a link look at the table for possible medication for certain conditions. Anyone can further evaulate what it does in the body would be great.(http://healthinfo.cedars-sinai.edu/l...wid=hn-2844004)

So in reality will the 1.8mg of each really effect your body building effect? Most likely not... It might prevent some diseases from occuring due to the flavonoids, but it would take more then 1.8 mg a day.
If I am wrong on any of this please post politely and not bash me. As again I am no scientist and am pretty new to supplements in general.

PS:I did not include the smaller amounts which I probably should have b/c if you look there are more ingredients then just those 5, which means the avg daily dose is lower then 1.8mg
