I noticed something interesting over at LEF that might have Body Building applications. According to a new study by the British Journal of Sports Medicine, cherry juice can reduce muscle pain from resistance training. Link:

Anyone have any opinions on this? If the findings are correct, seems like it could aid recovery and allow you to train harder
