I was diagnosed this on my right arm, no vascular compromise, but my nerves are ****ed. my right hand is freezing.

I already suffered cramps in my neck whenever i worked my traps and for this reason I avoided working out my back, which may have aggravated the problem.

I never stretched.

Now I'm destroyed, devastated.

Will I ever be able to train for mass again?
