I HAVE READ UP UNTIL NOW, AND THOUGHT UP UNTIL NOW THAT THE BEST EXERCISE FOR WIDENING THE LATS IS WIDE CHIN UPS OR WIDE GRIP PULL DOWNS. i just watched the "brit show" on here and the guy said that under hand narrow grip pull ups work more of the upper lats and make more wider. can some one please tell me wots wot. my back is doing ok, its just my lats seem to be lagging. my middle back, traps, rear delts and lower back seem on there way , but i can seem to get much V in my lats. can some1 give me sum friking good advice.
