One of my buddy said I waste too much time on those small muscle groups such as triceps, biceps and deltoids. What he suggested is just focus on big muscle groups and compound lifts, and train legs, back and chest twice a week, that's it. My arms and deltoids will get benefits by doing heavy pushing and pulling. In this point, he said I should able to lift more heavier on the compound movement.
I would like to ask will my arms and deltoids get even bigger even I stop training them?
Does anybody currently using the smiliar program?
