Hi Everyone,
I'm writing this just for you to be aware of something that those who were not affected may not know about. This past weekend, Sat Jan 8 to be exact, I woke up to find that my account had been suspended for nonpayment. But here's where it gets interesting: My last invoice that was received on Jan 6 stated that I was $2.35 in credit AND the letter stating that my account was suspended for non payment of -$13.20. I faxed, emailed and called asking how exactly does one pay a negative number. The next day I received 4 emails(to start) stating that ebay had suspended others in error. My account was reinstated, I had one heck of a time reopening my store because apparently whatever was wrong wasn't fully fixed on my account UNTIL some customer support person GOT a tech specialist to fix my account right then and there.

I had to start everything all over again and they are in no way shape or form agreeing to reparations. That's not even a big deal because as far as I'm concerned, they had the opportunity to make things right and they didn't. I told them I am moving on and should anyone ask if this happened to me, I could not only tell them but i can SHOW them!

Did ANYONE go through the same situation on jan 8 2005?
