i am 18 been bodybuilding seriously for about 2 1/2 years.
my current stats are:
5'9'' @ 185lbs 13% (bodyfat mostly mid section)
i was contemplating a new routine, but i figured i would come by here and get some opinions first.
i am looking to put on mass mostly.
through expirience my chest response better when it is worked twice a week as to once a week.

what would kind of routine would you suggest? i have looked at some of the routine on bb.com, but the ones i have looked at so far just don't suite me.
i have been writing my own routines since i have started, but i would like to see what has worked for others.
