hey all. i'm new to the forum and i'm looking for some help. im 15 and i need a good routine to start with for building muscle. weve got a great combo machine in the basement and about 600 pounds of free weight so im good with equipment. ive been going down to workout about 2 to 3 times a week after drinking a protein shake before each workout since christmas 05 but i havent really noticed a lot of gains. so if anyone could help me out with a good routine/program to start with itd be great. lookin to get in shape these next few years to look good and prepare for enlistment to the marines like my dad who was in the USMC and in vietnam. thanks.
