On August 15th I start fall ball for lacrosse. Its going to be three days a week of intense cardio for 2hrs each day of practice. Will this affect bulking that much. I was thinking that maybe I could bulk and that the practices would help burn off the extra fat I might put on. Later on I start doing 5 days a week for 2 hrs am I screwed then or will I still be able to progress?
