I'm currently 6' 195lbs .I've joined a gym and and got one of the managers to set me up a workout. I've been doing it for about a month now and it dosen't seem to be working. I'm trying to lose some fat while gaining muscle. this is the workout. 4 day's per week
10min on tread climber
bicep machine curls 2 sets of 25x20lbs and 40lbs
tricep machine extensions 2 sets of 25 x20lbs and 40lbs
vertical machine bench press 2 sets of 25x40lbs and 50lbs
incline machine bench press 2 sets of 25x40lbs and 50lbs
seated calf raises 1 set of 50x90lbs
cable squats 2 sets of 25x100
10min on rowing machine

I just want to get muscular and worry about getting big later. any help would be appreciated. ADAM

Is that the order of your workout? If so, don't do arms first.

That workout isn't going to help you much, its half isolation work on ...
