I am 19 years old, 6’1 and 170 pounds. I have been working out for 1 month and two weeks. My goals are get a wider chest, and wider shoulders, and get ripped. I want my abs to be lean and my arms as well. So here is what I have been doing for the past month in half.

Monday Chest. Decline, Incline 10 reps 4 sets
Back
Tuesday Cardio 25 min heart rate at 150, and abs 10 – 15 reps

Wednesday Biceps, Triceps, and shoulders 10 reps 3 sets

Thursday Cardio 25 min heart rate at 150, and abs 10 – 15 reps

Friday Chest, Decline, Incline 10 reps 4 sets with dumbbells

Sat and Sun Off

I eat 4 – 5 times a day full meals. No protein shakes nothing just food. So is this the right way I am doing it, for my goals? Or should I change some thing? Please give me any advice thanks
