hey guys i finally signed up on this site, I have been reading up on cutting weight the past month and after a couple failed attempts I am coming to you guys. Im currently 18 years old and am 5'6 i weight 195 pounds. I have been lifting for about 4 years, after completing high school football i have been getting into lifting alot heavier, i have the strength and can see some defitinion but whatever i can do i can't get my chest as toned and ripped as i want and i also cant seem to cut any weight off my stomach at all, does anyone have any suggestions or cardio workouts for me, i have tried the running and stuff but it doesn't seem to work, since i lift alot i have been putting on weight, I am currently taking creatine, N.O. Xplode, and hydroxycut, but any help at all would be apprepicated guys. I dont know if it matters but i currently bench around 270-280 I havent maxed out in awhile but I recently benched 240 three times, and my squat is around 350-360, thanks guys and please don't bash me too bad
