I have been lifting for about 3 to 4 months. Started at 155 and now I'm 175. I do one body part of day 4 to 5 times a week. I changed my routine about every 2 weeks to make sure my body doesn't adapt. I also eat about 3500 calories a day. 6 to 7 meals, high protein. I have been in a slump for about a month now. I haven't gained any weight. My lifts keep going up but I'm not gaining anymore muscle. Am I doing something wrong? I lift in the 6 to 10 rep range with heavy weight. Keep increasing the weight each week and/or throw in an additional set until I reach 5 then I up the weight even more to reduce the sets. Do I need to take in more calories??? Change my routine??? or do I just wait it out? Thanks in advance the the responses
