what do you guys think of my new push/pull/legs? It is a little light on legs but i cant afford to do too much for them since i play football (soccer) on mondays and wednesdays so cant afford to have them too sore

monday: push

dumbell shoulder press 4
lateral raise 3
dips 4
close grip bench press 4
flat (light) 3
tricep pushdown 3
+ rotator cuff work

tuesday: pull/legs

deadlifts 5
pullups 4
row 4
chins 3
dumbell curl 3
seated calf press 4
+ core (abs and oblique) work (light)

friday: push

flat 4
incline 4
flys 3
dips 4
lateral raise 3
dumbell shoulder press (light) 3
tricep pushdown 3
+ rotator cuff work


saturday: pull/legs

Squats 5
SLDL 4
hammer grip chins 4
row 4
shrugs 4
dumbell curl 3
standing calf raise 4
+ core work (abs and obliques)
