I should have kept a supplement/workout log when i began taking my stack but im currently nearing the end of my stack so once I jump on it again ill begin a log on it. But to briefly sum up my results since July 6, 2006 ill post my current stats/results

Between July 6 and August 4th:

Xtend
XCeed

Fish Oil
ON Whey Gold Standard

Years Working out: 10 on and off. Currently been working out 2 1/2 months after taking 3 months off.
Age: 27
Height:5' 7" 1/2
Body Type: Endo-Meso.
Body fat%: ??

July 6th weight (Start of Stack):
195lbs

August 3rd weight (Nearing end of Stack):
182

July 6th - July 31st
Sunday: Chest - Weighted Aerobic Excercise (gym less packed)
Monday: Back - 15mins Stairs - 10 mins Incline Threadmill
Tuesday: Bicepts - 15mins Stairs - 10 mins Incline Threadmill
Wednesday: Tricepts - 15mins Stairs - 10 mins Incline Threadmill
Thursday: Shoulders - 15mins Stairs - 10 mins Incline Threadmill
Friday: Legs - Abs
Saturday: Off (usually Mountain Bike)

Aug 1st - 18th
Sunday: 4xChest/4xBicepts short rest alternate muscle groups workouts
Monday: 4xBack/4xTricepts/Abs short rest alternate muscle groups workouts
Tuesday: 4xShoulder/4xLegs short rest alternate muscle groups workouts
Wednesday: 4xChest/4xBicepts/Abs short rest alternate muscle groups workouts
Thursday : 4xBack/4xTricepts short rest alternate muscle groups workouts
Friday: 4xShoulder/4xLegs short rest alternate muscle groups workouts Saturday: Off

recent lifts:
Dead lift: 295X4 after 3rd Set
Bench Press: 345X2 after 4th set
Straight Bar Curls: 145 X 4 after 3 sets

ill be in Vegas August 18th so after that is when ill begin a log.

my goal is to drop to 170-175 Ripped..

i havent tested my body fat but ill do that tomorrow. Vegas is going to ripp my diet to shreds so ill have to take it again after Vegas and that is when ill begin this log.
