Started working out this summer during beginning of June. I was around 188, steadily increased up to 200lbs. I got sick about 3 weeks ago, lost 1-2lbs, took some time off, went back, finally got back to 200lbs and now I've been stuck there for a couple weeks Edit: (Guess I should mention BodyFat, I used the electronic handgrip test thing, started at 11%, reached 200lbs and it was 12%
I work out 6 days a week, first 3 days I hit every muscle group, 2 a day, and I do it again the next 3 days. I was never sore during this routine unless I tried a new excercise, then I'd get used to it and be fine
I've kind of slacked off on my eating, I was getting around 3000-4000 calories, now its probably under 3000 or close to it. I do still get around 200grams of protein. My strength is still constantly increasing in every workout
Did I reach some sort of homeostasis? Do I need to eat more? Am I possibly losing fat while gaining muscle now? Did I only gain so fast because I was new and now the gains will be uber hard
My supplements are Whey, CEE Creatine, Multi, Fish Oil, Green Tea Extract.
The main things I eat are oats, milk, tuna, eggs, brown rice, chicken, peanuts, whole wheat bread, bananas, apples, carrots, broccoli, and occasionally splurge on some pizza or some sort of fast food burger place, I try to order chicken or fish when I go though.
