Quick question.......Do you guys throw deadlifts into your leg day or into your back day? Because I can't seem to figure out which muscle group gets a better workout from the exercise.

Depending upon which variation it can be put into either.

I do stiff leg deadlifts for hamstrings and deadlifts on back day.
