Since i started working out, i went to the gym about every day, i saw results and i seem to be getting stronger each time. But i come here and they say u need to rest so im trying that now. Im going to go every other day and would like to build muscle and strength. Im 5'8 142 lbs and i am trying to elevate my soccer and football game as well as lacrosse. Would anyone happen to have a workout that would be good to gain quick muscle and not look fat. I would also like to know if anyone has a muscle builder in which you dont have to eat like a beast.
