Ok I got out of my routine and somehow managed not to step into the gym for 2 months. I worked out my chest and shoulders about 10 or so days ago, took it easy since I knew I would get really sore. My chest and shoulders were sore but nothing unusual, my triceps were very sore and they still have nots in them. By nots I mean a hard tight lump of muscle that hurts and shortens the muscles and make my elbows sore since it is pulling the tendons when bent. What is the best way to get the nots out?
