I weigh about 190 and would like to get to 200 205. I am starting on a diet of 40mg t-bol and 30mg oxanabol daily after I get into it for a couple weeks. I also am going to have some clen on hand. I was wondering what would be a great workout routine, any supplements or diet advice( i am not the worlds best at dieting). I might try shakes in the morning and afternoon with snacks in between. I am not trying to get huge, just look good. After all, the fiance can't find out
