I've started following one of the posted routines for gaining muscle mass.

Any harm in changing one day a week to doing endurance/definition (1 set, high reps, lower weight)?

Along the same lines...Could someone add a day of Strength training to a gaining routine?

I've read here about changing for a week or 2, every...say..6 weeks. Just wondering about doing it more frequently.

Thanks for helping a rookie out!
