I did the monday workout of madcows/starr 5x5. On my last set on bench I missed the fifth rep. The only reason I'm concerned is that I think if I miss reps now I will begin missing them later on. What should I do. So far I have followed the program exactly as it is written using the excel spreadsheet to calculate sets.
