I recently read an article that said the 5-10 rep range was the best for increase in muscle (hypertrophy) 3-5 was best for strength etc etc. My question is if I want to get the most size or hypertrophy gains should I stick around the 10 rep range. I hear alot of good things about the 5x5 which I want to try... but is that program better for strengh or size?
