Hi, bascically i have been looking aroubd at all the programs and there are soo many that im unsure of what to do.

Im 15 and skinny so would like to gain mass and bulk. Im taking creatine and protein. I have been using my current routine for 4 months and it was made withing 5 minuites, although i can see a little change i know its all wrong:
(Only 1 routine)

Pressups
Situps

Clean & Press
Deadlift
Barbell curl
Wrist curl

Close grip bench press
Bench press

Im looking for someone to help me make a rountine that would help me reach my goal, im only a beginner and have had a look around all the routines but would like a little help.

Im looking mainly to build the upper body, to include:

Abs, chest, back, forearms, biceps, triceps and anything else you would reccommend.

So, what should i do?
