I decided to add shoulders and tris to my back day.

So its

- deads 3 sets
- whatever other back exercise i want, t bar rows, pullups, lat pulldowns, cable rows etc whatever. 3 sets
- db or bb shrugs 4-5 sets
- Db shoulder press - 3 sets
- hammer str shoulder press - 3 sets
- lat raises , run the rack usually
- dips 4 sets
- whatever other tri exercise i want, smith machine cg bench usually


what u guys think? I think i might remove tris and add them to chest day.

right now my split is

chest/bi
legs
back tri shoulder (havent tried this yet).

some of it depends on what your weak point is.
