I find that im really sore from squats and deadlifts, heres my routine


M- Chest & Tri's
T- Back & Bi's
W-Shoulder, Traps, Legs
Th-Rest
F- Chest & Tri's
S- Back & Bi's
Su-Rest

On my second back day which is saturday, that's when i do my Deadlifts. So is the 3 day rest time from squats good enough to be in good shape for deadlifts? and hows the routine look like?
