I noticed Sublimelaxer (sp?) posted something similar, but my situation is a bit different.

I'm running the intermediate 5x5 on your site. Just as a side note, the program has been amazing, just getting snagged up on this one thing.

I originally got stuck at 215 on bench my first time through, which was on week 8 or 9 I think. I pushed the weight forward a couple weeks and still couldn't get all 5 reps, so I reset the program.

I worked my way back to 215 in week 5 and I am missing reps again! I have pushed the weight out 3 - 4 weeks this time and have only managed to get from 3 to 4 reps.

What the hell should I do? I feel like I am wasting time because I can't seem to get past 215! I have been cutting for the entire duration of the second round so I'm not sure if that could be the problem. please HELP!
