Ive been hitting back/bis(monday), chest/tris(tuesday), legs(wednesday),shoulders/traps/forearms(thursday), OFF(friday), then start cycle over on saturday. Im doing 4-6 exercises for each muscle group except for traps and forearms for which i do 2 for each. Exercises consist of 4-5 sets with reps of 10. Some are increasing of weight and some not. Ive had success with this routine but am looking to mix things up a bit...Any suggestions?
